Congratulations to Sara Rees who won Gold in Culinary Arts at the recent Skills Canada Competition. This win advances her to the provincials for a second year in a row. As a requirement for the competition she cooked a vegetable clear soup, stuffed chicken breast and vegetable ragout. Of course we don't need a medal to remind us that the Cafeteria at Stelly's produces some of the best meals in the Province each and every day.
