Congratulations to the Senior Girls Basketball team who completed in the Lower Island Championships this weekend and handily beat Spectrum (67-42) on Saturday night to advance to the Islands. The three grade 12's on the team Sarah Rosendal, Rhea Ashmead and Heili Tissari were also selected to the South Vancouver Island All-Star team. Only twelve girls in the city are chosen to this team and we have three of them. Yeah! Remember to wish them luck as they head to the islands in Courtney this weekend.
