October 30th through November 10th
It’s time to book your Grad Portrait photo shoot. Lifetouch is bringing a portable studio to Stelly's starting October 30th through November 10th!
You need to book your appointment NOW by going onto the Lifetouch website: www.lifetouch.ca/victoria Scroll down to the link called "Choose the session that's Right for You" and Select "Stelly's School". Photo brochures and instructions are available outside the main office.
Don’t put this off, because the appointments book up quickly! All grade 12 students are to sign up for an appointment. We encourage everyone to have a picture taken so that you are included in the yearbook.
Photo Package - Sitting Fee of $25.00
Yearbook Only - No cost to you, just book the appointment time.
As the days fill up, Lifetouch will open up more booking days. There is only enough space for each grad, so 1 unfilled spot means 1 less spot for someone else. Grad Photos will be taken from October 30th through November 10th, 2017.
Grad Photo Retakes are scheduled for January 31 & February 1st, 2018.
Spring Clothing OrderThe grad clothing store is up and running online: https://store.passionsports.ca/stellysgrad2018/shop/home. The store will remain open until 11:59 pm on April 8th. Once the store is closed, there cannot be any more orders made. Please spread the word if you know of anyone who has not ordered yet!Sock and Lanyard orders have been cancelled (not enough socks were ordered), and refunds are being issued. If you paid by debit or credit card, a cheque will be mailed. If you paid cash or check, please pick up refunds in the office. Lanyards are available at the online store.
It's time for the Spring Plant Grad Fundraiser!
All Grads must sell at least ONE plant. Each plant sale will raise $5 towards the GRAD GIFT for the school. Grads will be voting on this soon! Send ideas on Facebook and a poll will be created.
Pick up order forms from the Grad board in the main foyer starting March 12 and bring them back to Mrs. Youell in the Accounts Office by April 30th.

Tuesday, May 29 to Thursday, May 31
7:45 - 8:30 am
11:30 – 12:15 (Tuesday / Thursday)
11:15 – 12:00 (Wednesday)

Grads must provide the fully signed After Grad Agreement before or at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets will not be sold if the Agreement has not been completed and signed by the grad and parent/guardian. After Grad Clothing
After Grad clothing drop-off for grads and guests will be on the following dates and times:
Thursday, June 14
7:45 - 10:00 am
12:00 - 1:00 pm
Monday, June 18 and Tuesday, June 19
7:45 - 9:00 am
11:30 - 12:30 pm
Drop off location will be outside the front of the school.
NO DROP OFF ON GRADUATION DAY!!
Bring your clean casual clothes and shoes in a bag clearly marked with your full name. Separate bags for guests are required. Items to include:
Garment bag with a sturdy hanger for your dress or suit.
Shorts / pants
Light sweater / sweatshirt
Shoes / socks or sandals / flip flops
Bags will be searched for banned substances prior to the event.
