EXAM WEEK: Reminder to all students to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your exam and bring whatever you may require to complete you exam...... for example pen/pencil, eraser, ruler or calculator.
BUSSING FOR EXAM WEEK: Buses will be running on the regular schedule during exam week.

10th Tsartlip Scouts and Adventurers Boys and Girls ages 11-17 are invited to attend the 10th Tsartlip Scouts (ages 11-14) and Venturers (Ages 15-17) meeting on Thursday January 26 at Shady Creek Church at 7180 East Saanich Road. Proposed 2017/18 and 2018/19 School Calendars
for Public Feedback
The Saanich Board of Education is pleased to share the proposed school calendars for 2017/18 and 2018/19. Based on feedback in previous years, Saanich School District #63 has collaborated with Greater Victoria School District #61 and Sooke School District #62 to align school calendar dates wherever possible.

GRADUATION 2017
AFTER GRAD PARENT MEETING – TUESDAY, JAN 24th
There will be a general parent meeting for Grad parents interested in hearing about and/or helping at the After Grad Party happening on June 30/July. Please join us Tuesday, January 24 starting at 7:00 p.m. in Stelly's Learning Commons. We are searching for additional help, in particular for the Silent Auction and the Fashion Show. Grad Portrait Retakes: Jan 30 & 31
Sign up for retakes is now open, Lifetouch will be at Stelly's for retakes two days ONLY, Monday, January 30th and Tuesday, January 31st.
GRADS: Time to start thinking about your Grad Transition! Come to the Career Center to pick up your DPA and Work Experience Forms!
BOTTLE DRIVE: Stelly's Dry Grad will be having a bottle drive on Saturday, January 28 from 9am till noon at Stelly's.
