GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
SCHOOL FORMS
Please return all Forms to your TA teacher on Friday morning.
Youth Drop in Clinic is open tonight in Sidney from 6-8pm Ocean Pier Medical Centre.
COURSE Changes:
All requests for course changes are due at the end of the day on Monday. Orange course change forms are available in the Career Centre.
Photo Day
School photos will be taken on Monday September 18th. Every student in every grade needs a photo taken for school I.D. purposes, even if you do not plan to purchase photos.
STUDENT PARKING
Reminder to all students who are driving cars to school: all cars must be registered if you are parking in the student parking lot. Please come to the office to pick up your registration form.
BREAKFAST CLUB Breakfast club will be starting up on Monday.
CAFETERIA
Cafeteria “Punch Cards” are available through the Accounting Office or at the Cafeteria at lunch and break only. ($30)
LIBRARY: Your student card is your library card....grade 9's you may use your Bayside student card to take out books until you get your Stelly's student card. TEXTBOOKS will be issued starting on Monday.
CLUBS
Stelly's Youth in Action is back and ready to roll! Everyone is welcome to join our first club meeting on Friday September 8th at lunch time in room 108. Come and check us out! Cookies are provided. All you need is to bring a friend and bring an open mind!
ATHLETICS
FALL SPORTS TRYOUTS : The Fall Sports Tryout Schedule is posted around the school and on the website. Today at lunch there is a meeting for Rowing in Rm 116 and after school Sr boys soccer is on the back field and Jr & Sr Boys Volleyball is happening in the large gym. Sr Girls Volleyball is in the small gym. Friday at lunch Cross Country meets in rm 159
CAREER CENTER
Reminder to students WORK EXPERIENCE 12A and 12B Paperwork needs to be handed in to the Career centre ASAP to receive credits.
PARENTS:
MEET THE TEACHER - September 28th
Please join us at our school BBQ and meet the staff on September 28th at the Meet the teacher BBQ at 5pm. Following the BBQ we will meet in the Gym with a Welcome address from our principal followed by a rotation of your students class schedule.
