GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Parent Teacher Interviews Today - Early Dismissal at 2:03pm. Buses are running on the regular Thursday Schedule.

PRO-D Day Friday, November 24th - School NOT in Session

PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS: Parent Teacher Interview Sign up Sheets are posted out side the Office until Noon today!

BRENTWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ZONE SIGN: Reminder to students to be respectful and NOT move portable School Zone signs on sidewalks in front of Brentwood Elementary as they can not be not seen by drivers passing through the area in front of the elementary school.

GRADE 9 STUDENTS: 70 Immunization forms have still NOT been returned to the office.....please do so ASAP!

STELLY'S GLOBAL GALA: Stelly’s Global Gala is next Thursday, November 30th from 5-9 here at the school! Come on out for a silent auction, entertainment and food. All money fundraised will go toward the supplies to a school in Kochi, India. Tickets are available from any member of the Global Perspectives class or in the main office. This is the LARGEST event in the School, and worth attending!

PSYCHOLOGY 130 DUAL CREDIT COURSE: Reminder to students registered in PSCH 130 next semester that application packages need to be completed and handed in by the end of today.

HOMEWORK HELP: Homework Help is available Tuesday through Friday mornings starting at 7:30am and after school in the Learning Commons Monday through Friday until 4pm.

ATHLETICS

STELLY'S SWIMMERS: Awesome job at provincials last week! We had many personal best swims and Hannah Gartside, Emma Jollife, Sophie Ayres and Allana Doran won the bronze medal in the girls b category Individual medaly relay. You Rock! Cake today for you in room 164.

CAREER CENTRE

FREE RETAIL TRAINING - Brentwood Bay December 3, 10 and 17  

This certificate program prepares you for first time work experiences in retail and many other work environments.  You will be treated as an employee and you will be working alongside a busy team of staff members. You will have training in: Working a cash register and counting cash - Customer service - Creating displays - Sorting inventory - Assisting with pricing - Opening & closing procedures.
