GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
FREE VICTORIA ROYALS HOCKEY TICKETS:
We have a large number of FREE tickets to watch the Victoria Royals play against the Prince George Cougers on Dec 27 or Dec 28 at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. To use the free tickets, students must be 14 years or younger; for every two free students, there must be a paying adult. Tickets are available in the office!!
WINTER MUSIC CONCERT- Stelly's Winter Music Concert is Wednesday night at 7pm. Admission is by donation!
INTRAMURAL DODGE BALL: Ball sign up is now on. sign up sheets by the PE office. Any questions please see Mr. Braun or Ms. Cunningham.
DROPPING A SEMESTER 1 CLASS?
The last day for students to drop a semester 1 course is FRIDAY December 22nd. Forms are available in the Career Centre.
"THE LITTLE MERMAID" Musical Theatre Production: Tickets are now on sale for the upcoming production of "The Little Mermaid" happening January 17th thru January 20th. Adults $15 and students $10. Get your tickets soon as this show will sell out!

THE SEARCH & RESCUE ACADEMY is offering a 12 day program that takes place at the Tribune Bay Outdoor Education Centre on Hornby Island from March 25 until April 6, 2018. Cost is $1500, payment needs to be made to confirm registration

"FIND YOUR FIT" - CAREER EXPLORATION EVENT
Parkland is hosting a fun and interactive career exploration event Monday, January 15, 2018. This is a after school opportunity runs: 3:30 pm-7 pm for Students/Parents. Don’t miss your chance to try out the skills you’ll need for an in-demand career. This hands-on event will help students apply real life experiences to your career planning, and connect with WorkBC’s labour market information, tools & services. Interested?? Please see Mrs. Jackson in the Career Centre to pick up your field trip permission package; if we don’t have commitment for a bus full of students by Thursday, December 21th this opportunity will not be available.
