Mr. McDonald, Stelly’s former media and stage craft teacher, and his new wife Chloe, are going to Namibia, Africa, in November to teach children. For the past months, they have been collecting old text books to bring with them and help with their teachings. Student Prime Minister Tina Webber and grade 12 student Tracy Lowe are holding a fundraiser to help pay for the postage to send these text books. From Friday, October 17 to Thursday October 23, you can pay 75¢ for one vote or $1 for two, to decide what colour these girls dye their hair. For Tina, the options are cotton candy pink, purple or turquoise. For Tracy, the options are electric blue, fuchsia, or orange. You’ll be able to find them in the main foyer during lunch hours. |
