Stelly's Talented Music department is having an amazing Music Concert is this Wednesday Evening, March 11th at 7pm in the MPR. Admission is by donation! Come on out and see what Fabulous talent we have at Stelly's!
Reminder that course Selection Forms were due last week. If you haven't do so yet bring your form to the Career Centre!
Cafeteria is closed on Friday so we will have a Pizza Sale and bake sale. Pizza is $2.50 a slice ...bring your cash or see Mrs. Youell in the accounting office to pre-pay with your debit card!
THE HIVE, Stelly's school store is now open everyday at lunch. Come on down and see our selection of spirit wear clothing and grab a drink or something to snack on later.
ATHLETICS
TENNIS TEAM: Interested in playing on the Stelly's Tennis Team this year? Come to a meeting Monday at break in the Dining room and find out more about this awesome adventure!
BOYS BASKETBALL: Any boys interested in playing basketball next year are asked to meet in the PE classroom at lunch today. Bring your lunch with you. If you’re unable to attend, see Mr. Peden.

TRAINING & EDUCATION:
Federal Student Work Experience Program (FSWEP) Summer 2020 July 6, to August 14, 2020 - Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Breton will be accepting applications for the following trades: Various Metal Trades (Metal Fabrication, Sheet Metal & Welding). Various Hull Trades (Shipwright/Joiner, Painter, Lagger, Electroplater & Rigger). Electrician (Marine & Weapons) - Machinist - Millwright. Location: Fleet Maintenance Facility (CB), Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, 1600 Esquimalt Rd. Victoria BC. Application and Job Descriptions are available in the Career Centre. Application packages: Must be completed in ful land returned to your School Career Teacher and received at FMF(CB) no later than close of business March 30, 2020. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
LOOKING FOR A CAREER PROGRAM IN TECHNOLOGY? Are you in Grade 11/12 and want to explore Engineering, Electronics, Computers, Math & Physics! Camosun College & South Island Partnership is offering a Technology Program for 5 months starting September 2020 to January 2021. See the Poster on the Career Centre Info Board. See your Career Teacher to complete a SIP Program Application package, applications are due by March 13th.
GRAD 2020
Grad Transition Packages were due last Friday in the Career Centre.
BOTTLE DRIVE FOR GRAD 2020: The next Grad bottle drive is on Saturday, March 28th from 9:00am-12:00pm to raise money for the After Grad 2020. The Bottle Drive schedule co-insides with the Community Recycling and soft plastics drop-off at Stelly’s each month.
INTERNATIONAL
ROCKY MOUNTAIN TRIP: International students: there is an amazing bus trip and tour planned to the Rocky Mountains, 4 days & 3 nights: April 19-22. Enjoy some of the best mountain views in Canada, explore the town of Banff, see wildlife and experience the 360 degree mountain view at the top of the Banff Gondola, with optional extra activities (Ice Walking Tour, Snowshoeing Tour, and Lake Louise Tubing). Deadline to book is March 13. Seats are limited and this trip will fill up fast.
