GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
TEXTBOOK, LIBRARY BOOKS & ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Reminder to students: if you have signed out text books, library books, graphing calculators or a Chrome book, please return them to the Learning Commons on your designated day. For any students or families who borrowed Chrome books from the School District: please drop them off at the main office. As all machines that were loaned out in April/May as a part of the District Tech Support Plan need to be collected, cleaned, and re-sorted to the proper school location of origin. Here is the recommended drop off schedule; Based on student’s last name:
June 15: A-F, Grades 9-12
June 16: G-L, Grades 9-12
June 17: M-R, Grades 9-12
June 18: S-Z, Grades 9-12
June 22: If not already done, this is the last day to clean out your locker
STUDENT FINAL PICK UP DAY: Below is the schedule for Stelly's students to pick up report cards, 2020-2021 timetables, yearbooks, Awards and Grad Goodie bags. Pick up time and day is based on student’s last name: June 23: 9am-11am A-F
1pm-3pm G-L
June 24: 9am-11am M-R
1pm-3pm S-Z
YEARBOOKS: Yearbooks are scheduled to arrive in the next couple of weeks. If you haven't yet purchased one, there are a limited number of yearbooks that are still available for purchase for $50. To order a yearbook, or to check to see if you have already ordered one, please phone the school at 250-652-4401.
SCHOOL BUS REGISTRATION FOR 2020-2021: Reminder to parents that students must be registered by June 30, 2020 to ensure a seat on the school bus for next school year. Parents can register at: https://www.sd63.bc.ca/programs-and-services/transportation
ONLINE COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS : The link to an on-line Course Change Request form will be sent to students via Google Classroom as of June 23 or the form can be printed off from the website. Ideally, Course Change Requests need to be submitted by June 26 so that staff can process the requests before schools close for the summer. Completed paper forms can be dropped off at Stelly’s main office until July 3 and then as of August 24 when Stelly’s main office re-opens.

ATHLETIC UNIFORMS: Just a reminder to those athletes that have not yet returned their team uniforms... please do so ASAP!

WORK EXPERIENCE CREDITS: Are you working this summer? Want to earn credit towards GRAD? Stop by the Career Centre and register for Work Experience 12A/12B. Any questions...call Mrs. Jackson at 250-652-4401 ext 435.
