STELLY’S ANNUAL CHRISTMAS HAMPER DRIVE: At Stelly’s we would love to provide Food Hampers to Families in our community. Friday, December 10th is the last day to donate any food, gift cards or cash to the Hampers. Thank you Stelly’s for your continued support!

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL HOMEWORK HELP: Before School Tutorials start at 7:15am in Room 46 and After school Tutorials are now 4 days a week until 4:00 pm. Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are for support with Math and Science. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for support with English and Social Studies.

CANADIAN COAST GUARD COLLEGE - Register for a virtual presentation hosted by the Canadian Coast Guard College, "Discover the Officer Training Program." (Once you register, you will be sent a scheduler link and then you will be allowed to choose a time that works best for you) The four-year Officer Training Program is one of the best marine training programs in the world, producing both Marine Engineering Officers and Marine Navigation Officers. Graduates of the CCGC receive a Canadian Coast Guard College Diploma, a Bachelor of Technology in Nautical Sciences, a Commercial Certification issued by Transport Canada, continued employment with the Canadian Coast Guard, and internationally recognized certification. On sale Today through December 6, 2021 at lunch in the main foyer. You must pre-purchase your ticket. There will be no ticket sales on the day of the event. Purchase early so you don't miss out! Winter Formal takes place on Wednesday December 8th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
Please review the guidelines below: Students must arrive by 7pm and remain at the event until 8pm except by special arrangement. No in/out privileges during the event. Students who have unexcused absences on December 8th will not be permitted entry to the event (no refund will be issued). This is a dry/substance free event. Students who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol or attempt to bring prohibited items into the event will be sent home. Saanich schools code of conduct applies during this event. Students are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.
Reminder that Poinsettia orders will be ready for pick up at the school on November 30th from 3-5pm. Grads are responsible for arranging delivery of their own orders.
IT IS GRAD QUOTE TIME! A form is available on the Grad Google Classroom and needs to be filled out. The deadline is DECEMBER 17th, 2021. Your write up will appear beside your photo in the yearbook, other photos may appear in the yearbook. This year I have asked for some videos that may be used later in the year for grad related activities. If you need help filling this out please come and find Mr. Hart. Do it this weekend so you do not need to worry as the deadline approaches. The form will be closed on December 18th and the page will be made, do not miss this deadline.
MAGIC WAND PROJECT: Magic Wand Project is a non-profit organization that offers an inexpensive and eco-friendly alternative to grad outfits for both girls and boys. This is a chance to borrow, rather than buy, a dress, suit or tux, (a small fee for cleaning is the only charge). All outfits are new or like-new, and all accessories are included. Any student is eligible.
