GRADE 12 FRENCH IMMERSION STUDENTS: there will be a very important meeting and short rehearsal for the French Immersion Grade 12 students in the Big Gym during lunch today. This information session and rehearsal is for the K - 12 Gift Exchange which will take place on Tuesday evening, May 03.

Antigen Tests for Students - Reminder to students that if you didn’t pick up your box of antigen tests yet, they are available in the office. Students are allowed to receive one box each.

SCHOOL BUS REGISTRATION for 2022-2023 - Registration is now open for students to ride the school bus for the next 2022-2023 school year. Students must be registered with SD63 Transportation Department and hold a current year bus pass in order to ride on the bus. Registration is on-line, and you will need the following information when registering: Student Name, School, Grade, Student Number. Registration is on the SD#63 website. Registration will close June 15, 2022.
IS YOUR CHILD GRADUATING IN 2023? We are looking for a grad 2023 parent to take over the monthly bottle drop offs? It has become a huge fundraiser, so far, we have raised over $10,000 in bottles! We have April and May drop offs, and then June we pass it over to the 2023 crew. Please contact Darcy Winkel at dmwinkel@shaw.ca

HOMEWORK HELP: Before School Homework help is at 7:15am in Room 46 and After School Homework Help is in the Learning Commons 4 days a week Monday thru Thursday until 4:00 pm for Math and Science. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for support with English and Social Studies.

INDIGENOUS LEADERSHIP meets this week in Room 14. Our fundraiser begins next week, so we need as many people as possible! Leadership is cancelled Friday so come out today. Check the Google Classroom for your assignment due Friday.

INFORMATION FOR GRAD 2022 PARENTS/CAREGIVERS: We will be having a virtual grad parent/caregiver meeting on Thursday, April 28th at 7:15pm to relay important information about graduation events that we have already shared with our grads. This is directly following Parent-Teacher Interviews and therefore, any parents/caregivers unable to get home for this virtual meeting can join us in the Learning Commons.
HELLO LOVELY GRADS!! Who needs to learn "How-to walk-in heels"? I'm sure many of you! Anyone is welcome to attend the "heels" lesson on Tuesday, May 10th (there will be another date too) at lunch...location TBA.

SAANICH PENNINSULA YOUTH CLINIC is operating through Telehealth tonight from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Appointments with doctors or mental health workers are conducted by phone or video. Services are completely free and confidential for any medical concerns, to get prescriptions, or to speak with a counsellor.
