TODAY THE CAFETERIA has the choice of a Baked California Turkey Bacon Baguette, Spicy Thai Peanut Noodle & Chicken Wrap, Jalapeno Ranch Chicken Salad, Asian Meatballs with Peppers on Rice, Meat Ravioli in a Sundried Tomato Cream Sauce or Cheese Perogies with Sour Cream. AN EVENING OF PERFORMING ARTS is happening next Thursday, June 16th at 7pm with performances from our Dance, JR Musical Theatre, Choir and Vocal Jazz Singers. Doors open at 6:30 and admission is by donation! See you there!
There will be a plant sale at lunch today in the main foyer. Indigenous Leadership will be fundraising to incorporate more Indigenous plants into the school garden. We are selling many kinds of garden plants, including onions, strawberries, Hydrangeas, figs, tomatoes, and more! Father’s Day is around the corner, so surprise a dad in your life with a unique gift!
Grade 11 parents ... The grade 12 parents would like to invite you to our last After grad meeting of this year to help you get started on your 2023 grad year. Our meeting will be June 15 at 7:00 pm in the Learning Commons at Stelly’s. You are welcome to come sit through the meeting, or you can come at 8:15ish and I can then provide an overview of what we have done for our 2022 grad class so you can be thinking about your grad year next year. SCHOOL BUS REGISTRATION for 2022-2023 - Registration is now open for students to ride the school bus for the next 2022-2023 school year. Students must be registered with SD63 Transportation Department and hold a current year bus pass in order to ride on the bus. Registration is on-line, and you will need the following information when registering: Student Name, School, Grade, Student Number. Registration is on the SD#63 website. Registration will close June 15, 2022.
STUDENT PARKING: REMINDER to all students who are parking in the student parking lot... you need to be registered. Parking forms are available in the Main Office.
STUDENT ABSENCE OR LATE: If a student will be absent or late for class, we ask that parents/guardians either email stellys_attendance@saanichschools.ca or phone the Attendance Line 250-544-0300 to let the school know.
HOMEWORK HELP: Before School Homework help is at 7:15am in Room 46 and After School Homework Help is in the Learning Commons 4 days a week Monday thru Thursday until 4:00 pm for Math and Science. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for support with English and Social Studies.

WORK EXPERIENCE 12A/12B registration deadline is June 17th! If you have a job or are volunteering and are wanting to receive Work Experience credits over the summer, you must be registered by June 17th to receive credit for your summer hours!! See your Career Teacher to register ASAP!

UBC’s French Program is offering a $3,000 French as a Second Language (FSL) Bursary for students who will be starting their first year at UBC during the 2022-23 academic year. French Immersion program students who are interested in continuing their studies in French at the university level could be reminded of this opportunity one last time before the summer break.
