Good morning, Stelly's! We would like to take this moment to acknowledge the W̱SÁNEĆ TERRITORY upon which our school resides.
Here are today's announcements:
An Evening of Performing Arts is happening tonight at 7 pm with performances from our Dance, Junior Musical Theatre, Choir, and Vocal Jazz Singers. Doors open at 6:30 pm and admission is by donation! See you there!
Stelly's Year End Music Concert is happening on Monday, June 20th on the back field at Stelly's. There will be a BBQ from 5-6:30 pm. A Burger/Drink/Chips combo will cost $7. Veggie burgers will be available. The concert will start at 7 pm on the basketball court behind the school. The audience will sit on the field so they should bring a blanket or lawn chair. See you there!
Students that have selected Marine Sciences 11 for next year or who would like to register, please come to a mandatory meeting today at lunch in room 40 (Mr. Siebert's room). Freezies provided. See you at lunch!
Freezie Sale at lunch this week in the main foyer for only $2.00! This is a fundraiser for the France 2023 group.
Would you be interested in taking a Standard First Aid Course at Stelly’s on Thursday, June 23rd and Friday, June 24th with Panorama Recreation? There will be a cost, to be announced! Certification is needed to apply for jobs at Panorama Recreation. Sign up in the Career Centre
Indigenous Leadership has a brief mandatory meeting in the Cultural Room today at lunch. We will be talking about the Indigenous People's Day Assembly. See you in the Cultural Room at lunch!
A reminder to all students to return all books to the learning commons as soon as possible!
Work Experience 12A/12B registration deadline is Friday, June 17th! If you have a job or are volunteering and are wanting to receive Work Experience credits over the summer, you must be registered by June 17th to receive credit for your summer hours!! See the Career Centre to register ASAP!
Mandatory Grad Rehearsal is at lunch in the Large Gym today! All Grads must attend!
- Tickets: purchase at lunch hour today through to Friday ($10 each)
- Clothes: Any clothes that you will need for the after-grad MUST be brought to the parents organizing the after-grad. They will be here Thursday morning and next Monday (20th) and Tuesday (21st).
Saanich Peninsula Youth Clinic is operating through Telehealth tonight from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Appointments with doctors or mental health workers are conducted by phone or video. Services are completely free and confidential for any medical concerns, to get prescriptions, or to speak with a counsellor.
