The GSA students who attended We Day 2009 took on fundraising for Project Hope. Project Hope supports the Masikuhluleke Orphanage in the township of Jo Slovo in South Africa. The money we raised went to building a wall around the orphanage's playground to keep people from dumping human waste on the ground. The children painted the wall and now have a clean, safe, and cheerful place to play thanks to Stelly's students!
