The Culinary Arts department, led my Mrs. Peggy Watson, represented Stelly's well at the Skills Canada competition. At the regional finals, located in Nanaimo, Sara Rees took home the gold medal and Samantha Kennedy took home the bronze medal. Similar to the Food Television Network show, Iron Chef, students were presented a feature ingredient (in this case, salmon) and given three hours to produce an appetizer and main course. Sara Rees went to Abbotsford to compete in Provincial competition. Well done Stingers!
