Yesterday afternoon, Stelly's Track & Field team, led by Mr. Kevin Smyth and Mr. Erik Oinonen, competed at the City Track & Field meet at Centennial Stadium. The team competed hard and all students qualified for the Island meet next week. Stelly's place first in 13 events, second in 4 events, third in 4 events, and fourth in 5 events. Overall, Stelly's placed fifth with 18 athletes at the meet. Unfortunately, the team is short only a couple athletes to qualify for the Provincial meet.
