GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Please submit completed forms and invoice payments to the school by Friday, September 9th, 2016
Student Timetable – If students need to make changes to timetables, they must submit a timetable change request form to the Career Center. Students are to attend the classes on their current timetable as we may not be able to accommodate their timetable requests. If timetable changes occur a counsellor will contact the student or a revised timetable will be delivered to the student. Please be patient as this process may take a number of days.Timetable changes will ONLY be made until Wednesday, September 14th 2016.
Our Cafeteria is opening for service tomorrow, September 8th! Cafeteria Punch Cards can be purchased for $30 in the cafeteria or from accounting before school.

The Stellys Parent Advisory Council (PAC) invites you to support PAC activities by making a one-time annual $15 donation when you make your school fees payment this week. It’s an easy way for you to support projects and activities that enrich the experience of all the students in our school.
Some of the projects PAC has supported include:
• Breakfast Club.
• Extracurricular clubs and events.
• Dramatic and musical performances.
• Athletics
• Grad celebrations
• Art, music, computer and technological resources
• Parent education
And if you aren’t able to contribute please consider volunteering some time to help with an activity – there are lots of options to be involved with your school. Thank you for your Support !
