DO YOU HAVE A GRADE 12 FRENCH IMMERSION STUDENT? If yes, student and families please note the Canadian Parents for French ANNUAL French Immersion K:12 Gift Exchange Celebration will take place NEXT Thursday, April 12, 5.30 - 7.00 pm. Make plans to attend and support.
This exchange has become a tradition in our district and has been a model for many other districts who now engage in a similar event. The tradition is for the French immersion grade 12 students to give a personal letter of encouragement presented as a “scroll of wisdom” to each of the students who are just beginning French immersion from école Deep Cove and école Keating. The kindergarten students then present a congratulatory gift on behalf of Canadian Parents for French- Saanich to the grade 12 students graduating from the French immersion program with their Double-Dogwood.
It's going to be a great evening and one you will not want to miss. See you there!
