Pendray Farms Corn Maze - On SATURDAY September 29, Pendray Farms Corn Maze is teaming up with Saanich Peninsula Lions Food Bank: with a donation of a non-perishable food item, 1 child per family will be given free entry to the maze that day. Pendray Farms is at 9537 West Saanich Road, North Saanich.

Saanich Peninsula Hospital is now accepting applications for New Volunteers, starting October 15, 2018. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in the Health Care Assistance Program. Duties would include helping with music and memories program - moving residents in wheelchairs - crafts and activities - play games - write letters - special events - have 1:1 visits for companionship - sharing your gifts and talents with residents. SCOUTS CANADA: The 10th Tsartlip Ventures (Scouts Canada program for boys and girls aged 14-18) have developed their outdoor plan for 2018-2019. Their focus this year is on camping and day hikes. The Venturers are not meeting every week; they normally meet to plan their outdoor activities such as camps or hikes.
