AFTER GRAD 2019
CASUAL CLOTHING DROP OFF
After Grad clothing drop-off for grads and guests will be on the following dates and times:
Thursday, June 13
8:00 am to 9:30am and 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm
Tuesday, June 18
8:00 am to 10:00 am
Drop off location will be outside the front of the school.
NO DROP OFF ON GRADUATION DAY!!
Bring your clean, casual clothes, shoes, sturdy garment hanger and garment bag in a paper bag clearly marked with your full name. Separate bags for guests are required.

Sturdy Garment bag and hanger – no thin plastic or wire hangers and no plastic dry cleaning bags either

Clothing to change into – shoes, shirt, pants and undergarments
Please Note: Bags will be searched for banned substances prior to the event.
GETTING HOME SAFELY

At the end of the After Grad event, students will be bussed to the Co-Op on Keating and must be picked up from the Co-Op by the person named on their AG agreement.

Do not leave cars at the Co-op (takes valuable parking spaces and inconveniences retailers)

Do not leave cars at UVic – grads/guests are only permitted to leave on the bus (or with the person named on their AG agreement)
