GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
School Forms – Return to Your T.A.
Reminder to please return all of your school forms and fee payments by the end of this week (student demographics, parent volunteer forms, invoices/payments. If paying with a cheque, please make it out to "SD#63".
2019-2020 School Bus Registration - All students who wish to take the School District bus must register to ensure a seat. Please go to the School District Website under transportation and register your student.
Timetables and Course Changes
Timetables are being handed out in Home Room TODAY and TOMORROW. All requests for course changes must be submitted to the office on a Course Change Request Form. These can be picked up in the Learning Commons on Thursday Sept. 5th, and must be submitted to the office before the end of Friday Sept. 6th.
Counsellor Appointments
Counselors will not be available for booking individual appointments until Monday September 16th as they will be dealing with urgent scheduling situations as required. If a counsellor needs to see you regarding changes to your courses, they will locate you. Only course changes submitted on an orange Course Change Request Form will be considered. Please do not send emails requesting changes. If you have an urgent situation, please come to the main office and we will make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner.
School Photos – Tuesday, Sept 17
Photo Day is TUESDAY, Sept 17th in blocks 1 and 2. Purchasing photos is optional, but all students in all grades need to have school photos taken for school identification purposes (grade 12’s too - even if you are having grad photos taken later). Order forms are available in the office, but have also been handed out in TA.
Stelly's Cafeteria
The Stelly's Cafeteria will be open for break and lunch starting on Thursday, September 5th. with a wide variety of sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads, drinks, and sweets. Cafeteria punch cards are available to purchase from the Cafeteria for $30.
Student Parking
Starting next week, all students who are parking in the student parking lot need to be registered. Registration forms are available in the main office. To become registered, the office needs: a parent-signed registration form, a photocopy of your driver’s licence, and your car insurance.
