Dear Parents/Guardians,
This email is to inform you of the change to our Parent/Teacher interview night on October 8th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. This year we will be conducting all Parent teacher interviews either by phone, by email or by a remote video connection or virtual interface. Parents are being asked to register online for a 10-minute time slot with their child's teacher just like in the past. However, this year we are asking for parents to not only pick their time slot, but to also choose which is the preferred contact method.

On October 2nd in the afternoon, our school website will have a button to click on that will take you to the Parent/Teacher online booking site.
Please understand that during these extraordinary times we want to communicate individually with as many parents/guardians as possible. However, due to the Health and Safety restrictions bringing large groups into the school is not possible at this time. Additionally, we would like to express our desire to have conversations with parents/guardians that have children who may be struggling more so in the new Copernican Timetable as courses are moving along more quickly in this Quarter system. Nevertheless, even if you are unable to connect with your child's teacher on October 8th, please reach out to them to make an alternate communication arrangement at your earliest convenience.
