Winter Buffet Features the Talents of Stelly's Culinary Arts Students
Stelly's Dining Room was bustling today with community members dining at the Winter Buffet prepared and hosted by Stelly's Culinary Arts program. The Winter Buffet is one of a series of culinary events showcasing student talent. Culinary Arts students were responsible for everything from preparing and serving the food, to hosting and waiting on guests. The Dining Room was packed and guests were most certainly impressed by the gastronomical feast which included warm and cold appetizers, roasted turkey with all the fixings, and an array of delectable desserts. It was a dining experience to be remembered and will likely have guests back in the new year for the next buffet in the series.
