Do you love writing? Have you ever wondered how authors create their craft? Meet Harold Macy, the author of the historical fiction book titled San Joseph. Stelly’s Annual Christmas Hamper Drive is now on through December 14th, 2020. We would like to be able to provide Food Hampers to families in our community. Please remember to bring in non-perishable food items, cash donations or gift cards from local grocery stores. Donation Boxes are in every classroom
Just a reminder .... MORNING HOMEWORK HELP is available every morning from 7:15 am in room 156 and AFTER SCHOOL HOMEWORK HELP is every Monday through Thursday in the Learning Commons until 4pm.

UVIC Virtual Parents Night - Thursday, January 14, 2021, 6:00PM Parent Nights will provide parents & guardians with the opportunity to learn more about UVic. Attendees will enjoy a presentation by the amazing Dr. Lisa Surridge, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, with some helpful tips on being successful in post-secondary studies. The focus of the talk is helping parents (and students) navigate the transition from high school to university. Events are scheduled in Pacific Time. Registration closes two hours before an event. Canadian Coast Guard College – Virtual Presentation December 10th @4:30pm - Register for a virtual presentation hosted by the Canadian Coast Guard College, "Discover the Officer Training Program." The four-year Officer Training Program is one of the best marine training programs in the world, producing both Marine Engineering Officers and Marine Navigation Officers. Graduates of the CCGC receive a Canadian Coast Guard College Diploma, a Bachelor of Technology in Nautical Sciences, a Commercial Certification issued by Transport Canada, continued employment with the Canadian Coast Guard, and internationally recognized certification. SAANICH SKILLS TRAINING APPRENTICESHIP & CARPENTRY PROGRAM is a full 2nd semester immersion program where students learn the basics of constructing a wood frame structure from the bare ground to the rooftop. This program blends both theoretical knowledge and practical application of skills and concepts related to the trade. Successful students transition directly to Camosun College for further training as Level One Carpentry Apprentices. Please see Ms. Hackman in the Career Centre for more information.

EPICURE FUNDRAISER: 2021 Parent Fundraiser for Stelly's Students' Dry After Grad is hosting an Epicure fundraiser to raise funds for the 2021 Dry Grad. Forms are located on the Grad board in the main foyer. Forms are due on December 15th, 2020.
