Update: Parent/Teacher online booking is now available on Stelly's website.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
This is to inform you of our Parent/Teacher interview night on March 4th from 5:15 to 7:30 pm. We will be conducting all Parent/Teacher interviews either by phone, by email, or by a Microsoft Teams (Teams) remote video connection.
As we did in October in Quarter 1 and in December for Quarter 2, we are asking parents/guardians to go online to book their 10-minute appointment time slot and to choose their preferred contact method:
Phone call (Please leave your number.)
Teams video call (Please leave your email.)
Email (Please leave your email. Note that this option will limit the amount of dialogue that can occur in 10 minutes.)
Please remember that you do not need to pay for any App for the Teams video call to work. Your computer/phone browser will support the Teams process.
On February 26th in the afternoon, the Parent/Teacher online booking will be available on Stelly's website.
Please understand that during these extraordinary times we want to communicate individually with as many parents/guardians as possible. However, due to the province’s Health and Safety restrictions, bringing large groups into the school is not possible at this time.
Additionally, we would like to express our desire to have conversations with parents/guardians who have children who may be struggling with the new Copernican Timetable as courses are moving along more quickly in this Quarter system.

We are all working together to support all students at school in as healthy and safe of an environment as possible in this pandemic.
