TODAY THE CAFETERIA has the choice of a Ham & Cheese Ciabatta, Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, Beef Barley Soup with a biscuit, Mac & Cheese, Chicken Caesar Salad or a Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl.  Come on Down and check it out!

STELLY’S ANNUAL CHRISTMAS HAMPER DRIVE: At Stelly’s we would love to provide Food Hampers to Families in our community. This Friday, December 10th is the last day to donate any food, gift cards or cash to the Hampers. Thank you Stelly’s for your continued support!

STELLY'S SOCIAL JUSTICE CLUB has partnered with the 'Africa AIDS Angels' Organization to improve the lives of children in Zambia and South Africa who have been orphaned by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. On December 15th, you can make a craft angel ornament to support their cause. The cost is $6. If you wish to attend, please sign up and pay Ms. Wallace in room 30, by 3pm on Friday the 10th

STELLY'S HOLIDAY COFFEE CONCERT is happening this Friday, December 10th at 6:30pm in the Stelly's Multipurpose Room. Admission is by donation and it will be an evening of fun, laughter and music! Everyone is Welcome to attend!

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL HOMEWORK HELP: Before School Tutorials start at 7:15am in Room 46 and After school Tutorials are now 4 days a week until 4:00 pm. Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are for support with Math and Science. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for support with English and Social Studies.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

DO YOU NEED VOLUNTEER HOURS TO GRADUATE?  The 1st Tsartlip Scout Group in Sidney is looking for volunteers!  HELP SCOUTS CHART THEIR OWN PATH.  Through a variety of fun experiences with friends, outdoor adventures and contributions to their community, help kids build resilience and skills that set them up for life! GRAD 2022

LAST DAY TO BUY GRAD WINTER FORMAL TICKETS is TODAY at lunch in the main foyer.  You must pre-purchase your $25.00 ticket. There will be no ticket sales on the day of the event. Purchase early so you don't miss out!  Winter Formal takes place this Wednesday, December 8th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Please review the guidelines below:    Students must arrive by 7pm and remain at the event until 8pm except by special arrangement. No in/out privileges during the event. Students who have unexcused absences on December 8th will not be permitted entry to the event (no refund will be issued). This is a dry/substance free event. Students who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol or attempt to bring prohibited items into the event will be sent home.  Saanich schools code of conduct applies during this event. Students are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.

IT IS GRAD QUOTE TIME! A form is available on the Grad Google Classroom and needs to be filled out. The deadline is DECEMBER 17th, 2021.  Your write up will appear beside your photo in the yearbook, other photos may appear in the yearbook.   This year I have asked for some videos that may be used later in the year for grad related activities.  If you need help filling this out please come and find Mr. Hart.  Do it this weekend so you do not need to worry as the deadline approaches. The form will be closed on December 18th and the page will be made, do not miss this deadline.

MAGIC WAND PROJECT:  Magic Wand Project is a non-profit organization that offers an inexpensive and eco-friendly alternative to grad outfits for both girls and boys. This is a chance to borrow, rather than buy, a dress, suit or tux, (a small fee for cleaning is the only charge). All outfits are new or like-new, and all accessories are included.
