TODAY THE CAFETERIA has the choice of a Baked Turkey Panini with Cheese topped with Spinach, Bacon Chicken Caesar Wrap, Chicken Roasted Beets & Brie Salad, Veggie Lasagna, Spaghetti in a Creamy Pesto Sauce with Italian Sausage, Korean Beef on Udon Noodles or Artisan Pizza (Cheese, Meat, Hawaiian or BBQ Chicken).  Come on Down and check it out! 

SCHOLARSHIP MEETING is happening next week on Wednesday, May 11th at lunch in Learning Commons! 

PLEASE SUPPORT THE MISSING & MURDERED INDIGENOUS WOMEN & GIRLS DAY FUNDRAISER by buying a red dress pin today for $1 at lunch in the main foyer.  If you are interested in fundraising for MMIWG Day by selling felted red dresses to your classes, please see Caitlyn or Aimee in the Cultural room to pick up packages of red dresses. Return any you don't sell to the cultural room. All students, remember to wear your red dresses on Thursday May 5th in recognition of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. 

ANTIGEN TESTS FOR STUDENTS - Reminder to students that if you didn’t pick up your box of antigen tests yet, they are available in the office. Students are allowed to receive one box each.

CANADIAN PARENTS FOR FRENCH are selling Quebec Maple Syrup as a fundraiser! If you are interested in buying some before May 22nd ... email CPF.Saanich.Pay@gmail.com or come to the office!

SCHOOL BUS REGISTRATION for 2022-2023 - Registration is now open for students to ride the school bus for the next 2022-2023 school year.  Students must be registered with SD63 Transportation Department and hold a current year bus pass in order to ride on the bus.  Registration is on-line, and you will need the following information when registering: Student Name, School, Grade, Student Number. Registration is on the SD#63 website. Registration will close June 15, 2022.

IS YOUR CHILD GRADUATING IN 2023? We are looking for a grad 2023 parent to take over the monthly bottle drop offs?  It has become a huge fundraiser, so far, we have raised over $10,000 in bottles!  We have April and May drop offs, and then June we pass it over to the 2023 crew. STUDENT PARKING: Reminder to all students who are parking in the student parking lot... you need to be registered. Parking forms are available in the Main Office.

STUDENT ABSENCE OR LATE:  If a student will be absent or late for class, we ask that parents/guardians either email  stellys_attendance@saanichschools.ca or phone the Attendance Line 250-544-0300 to let the school know.

HOMEWORK HELP: Before School Homework help is at 7:15am in Room 46 and After School Homework Help is in the Learning Commons 4 days a week Monday thru Thursday until 4:00 pm for Math and Science. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for support with English and Social Studies.

CAREER CENTRE

SCIENCE RENDEZVOUS - Saturday, May 7th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm   This year, Camosun College and UVic are partnering to bring Science Rendezvous to Victoria for the first time. REMINDER to Grads ... If you haven't handed in your GRAD FORMS YET ... DO SO ASAP!! They were due last Friday!

Mandatory Grad Rehearsals are at lunch on May 12, May 16 & June 16. Also, on May 27th we are heading to UVIC to do the final Rehearsal.  Please put these in your calendar and do not miss these important rehearsals!!

HELLO LOVELY GRADS!!  Who needs to learn "HOW-TO WALK-IN HEELS”? I'm sure many of you! Anyone is welcome to attend the "heels" lesson on Tuesday, May 10th in the MPR! at lunch.
