At its public meeting of April 7, 2010 the Board of Education passed the following motion:

That the Board confirms the 2010/11 reduction option list presented at this meeting as the options for consultation and that the closure of schools for five days in connection with spring break 2011 be added as an option with necessary notifications re possible calendar changes and non-instructional days immediately.

Please see the attached bulletin .

Feedback can be provided to the board as noted. A decision by the board will be made at the public board meeting of May 5, 2010.
