Cory Landels and Lauren Gerber from Stelly’s Secondary have won a gold medal at the Provincial Skills Competition for TV/ Video Production. The Competition was held in Abbotsford on April 21. BC’s most talented trades and technology students competed in over 40 trade and technology contests in an Olympic style event.
Their assignment was to produce a short video segment on site at the competition in a few short hours. Their assigned theme was –“If You Had It All”. Here is the link to their Gold Medal Video:
By winning the Provincial Canada Skills Competition, Cory and Lauren will be representing the Province of British Columbia and Stelly’s School in the 16th Canada Skills Competition from May 20-23, 2010 at RIM Park in Waterloo Ontario.
