Mr. Storm was honoured with the naming and christening of a double rowing shell on Sunday at Crabfest for the many years he has so generously given in support of youth rowing in Greater Victoria. He coached and worked with the Stelly's rowing team for 18 years putting in countless enthusiastic hours.
