AFTER GRAD SILENT AUCTION – call for donated items
Every year the After Grad Parent Volunteers raise funds for the Dry After Grad Party, which happens after the school-sponsored Dinner/Dance on Grad night. 90% of our Graduates attend this party, it is held at UVIC and runs all night with music, a casino and other fun activities. One of our biggest fundraisers for this event is the Silent Auction, being held in conjunction with the Grad Fashion Show on April 20th at the Fairgrounds. Whether your grad is in the Fashion Show or not, the 2016 Dry After Grad Committee needs your help to gather items for the auction. We take, books, wine, jewelry, tickets to events, garden sculptures, spa services, restaurant certificates, auto items, home and kitchen décor – anything really! Parent volunteers will be at Stelly’s school at lunch time (11:10-11:55) for the next three Wednesdays to collect your items. Please help by donating something to the cause… your grad student will directly benefit from it. Collection Days are Wednesdays Feb 24, March 2 and March 9.
