GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

GRAD SPIRIT DAY: This Thursday, May 24th, is grad 2018 Spirit day- so make sure to wear lots of purple and grad merch! Reminder to all students who are interested in participating in The Sting Spirit Event on Thursday to sign up on the facebook page. There are still lots of opportunities to participate in trivia games, relay races, etc. Any staff interested please check the sign-up sheet in the staff room!

COFFEE CONCERT: Stelly's Coffee concert is Wednesday at 7pm in the MPR. Come on out for an awesome night of talent, treats, and of course, coffee or tea! The last audition is Today after school in the band room!

HOMEWORK HELP: Don't forget...Homework Help is available everyday in the Learning Commons starting at 7:30am and after school until 4pm.

CAREER CENTRE

Employment Advisor Visit – Thursday, May 24th

This Thursday at lunch in the Career Centre an Employment Advisor will be here so students can learn about how to get started with getting a job or how to get training for the job you want. Also, there will have information on how to get funding for Forklift Training, Traffic Control Ticket, Serving It Right, First Aid and more.

FOODSAFE Level 1 - Monday, June 9th, 2018      8:30am – 4:30pm  SHOAL Centre Cost is $50.00. Food Safe is useful for anyone working in the food service, food retail, or food processing industries.
