GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

INDIGENOUS PEOPLES WEEK: Did anyone hear the drumming and singing this morning?It is Indigenous Celebration week to recognize National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21. This is a day for all Canadians to recognize and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding contributions of First NationsInuit and Métis peoples.   We will be having activities throughout the week. Today, keep your ears out for more songs!

JR MUSICAL THEATRE presents “ODDBALLS AND OUTCASTS” on Thursday, May 31st at 7pm. Tickets available at the office.

DEADLINE TO DROP CLASSES  – June 1st - The deadline to drop a class for this semester, so that it doesn’t appear on your report card or transcript, is FRIDAY June 1st.  Drop forms are in the Career Centre.

HOMEWORK HELP: Don't forget...Homework Help is available everyday in the Learning Commons starting at 7:30am and after school until 4pm.

CAREER CENTRE

TEAC 105 COURSE - Explorations in Technology -  Registration now open for the Fall TEAC session, the program runs Fridays, 3-6 pm - September through December. This dual-credit course provides current high school students with an introduction to careers in Computer Science, Electronic and Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
