MEET THE TEACHER EVENING: Today is an early dismissal at 2:05pm day as we are host a “Meet the Teacher” night. Free BBQ starting at 5pm. Parents will be meeting at 6pm in the Large Gym for a “Welcome “and then head off to your TA classroom and go through your class schedule. Buses are running on the regular schedule.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Just a reminder to students that are interested in signing up for Work Experience credits that the paper work is due. Please drop by the Career Centre for more info if you are interested!

This course covers initial assessment, disease prevention, secondary survey, airway obstruction, adult/child/infant CPR, & the use of an Automated External Defibrillator. This course also includes recognition & first-aid treatment for head & spine injuries, shock, bleeds, anaphylactic shock, heart attacks & strokes. Participants spend the majority of the course doing hands on first-aid training. By practising with scenarios students gain confidence & learn to react & improvise in emergency situations This course meets Adult & Child Licensing Guidelines. BOTTLE DRIVE FOR GRAD 2020: The First Bottle drive on this School Year is September 28th from 9:00am - 12:00pm to raise money for the After Grad 2020. The Bottle Drive schedule co-insides with the Community Recycling and soft plastics drop-off at Stelly’s each month.
