Pink Shirt Day is happening tomorrow – this day is celebrated annually around the globe. Pink Shirt Day began in Canada in 2007 when two students who took a stand against bullying after a 10-year-old was harassed and threatened for wearing pink. We have some Awesome Pink Shirts for sale in the main office ... only $10 each come check them out!
2021-22 COURSE SELECTOIN FORMS for our current Stelly's students were handed out yesterday morning in Block one. Course Selection forms are to be submitted in to the Career centre by March 2nd. Don't delay, do it today!
BUBBLE TEA FUNDRAISER: This Thursday, Feb 25th, Victoria Youth for Change is hosting a Bubble Tea Fundraiser after school! Drinks are $6 each and can be ordered on the Stelly's website or through the grade specific google classroom. 100% of proceeds will be going towards Female Education programs in Ghana!
OVERDUE BOOKS: Did you know that there are over 300 overdue textbooks still out? Please return your textbooks ASAP or see Ms. Kedves or Ms. Pachenko-McKinnon in the Learning Commons!

ALERT FIRST AID with CPR ”C” & AED - Online and in class - Friday, April 23, 2021 - 12:00 am to 4:00 pm in class @ SHOAL Centre in Sidney. Cost is $50.00 - Cash, cheque or credit card is accepted. 4 hours online and 4.5 hours in-class course trains people how to react and improvise during time priority and life-threatening emergencies. The online component covers care for adults, children, and babies. The classroom component will focus on developing the participant’s skills. The instructor will know that participants have completed the online component, and won’t spend as much time on the background information that is covered here. Participants must successfully complete both the online and the classroom components to be certified in Emergency First-Aid with CPR C . PARENT DRY GRAD 2021 COMMITTEE BOTTLE DRIVE will happen on Saturday, February 27th from 9am-12pm at Stelly's School. We need volunteers! Parents and Grads, please try to show up if at least for an hour - this bottle drive is HUGE and is contributing lots to the yearend event being planned out by all the parents. You can also drop your bottles off anytime throughout the year at one of the three Bottle Depots in Victoria (Glanford, Quadra and Queens) and ask for the funds to be added to the Stelly's Parent Grad Account.
