Stelly's 19th Annual Halloween Howl takes place on Friday, October 30th in Stelly's small Gymnasium from 4:30-6:00pm. This super fun event is hosted by the Stelly's Outdoor Pursuits class for our Community! We host a Carnival type event with lots of games, prizes and candy for ages 1-12 years old.
