GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Reminder to return School Forms to the office ASAP!.

FREE Western Speedway Family Passes available in the office for this weekends Sprint Car Races!

GOOGLE GSUITE ACCOUNT FORMS:  There are over 200 students that have not filled out the YELLOW GSuite for Education account forms! Those students that have not filled out these forms will have their google accounts deactivated on Friday. Forms available in the learning commons.

PHOTO DAY
School Photo Day is on Monday September 17th.  Every student in every grade needs a photo taken for school I.D. purposes, even if you do not plan to purchase photos.

STUDENT PARKING
Reminder to all students who are driving cars to school:  all cars must be registered if you are parking in the student parking lot.  Please come to the office to pick up your registration form. 

ATHLETICS:

Sailing Club is starting soon for this Fall!!  The season will be September 22 - October 27, with a 2 hour session during the week and 3 hours on Saturdays (specific days/times tbd soon).  Whether you are experienced or brand new to sailing we are happy to have you join!! CAREER CENTRE

WORK EXPERIENCE 12A/12B

Reminder that the Work Experience 12A / 12B registration deadline is September 28th! If you have a job or are volunteering and are wishing to receive Work Experience credits for this year, you must be registered by September 28th to receive credit for your hours!! This time can also count toward your grade 12 Grad Transition requirement.See Mr. Rhodes in the Career Centre to register ASAP!

HAIRSTYLIST APPRENTICESHIP - starting February 2019  Do you LOVE hair? Have you ever considered a career as a Hairstylist??  Are you a social person that likes people, enjoys being a team player that is motivated with a positive attitude? Central Saanich Terry Fox Community Run - Volunteers Needed
Sunday, September 16-  8:30 am to 11:00 am
Students will be in pairs and would be “extra marshals” helping to mark the route and encouraging runners/walkers/cyclists.

Scholarship Meeting - The first Scholarship meeting of the year will be on Wednesday, September 26th at lunch in Room 116.  All grade 12’s are encouraged to attend.
