Awards

An award to recognize a hardworking Stelly’s Secondary grade 12 student, who may not have top grades, but is committed and passionate about learning, achieving and pursuing post-secondary education.

Donor: Legion Manor Victoria, 7601 East Saanich Rd., Saanichton

Value: $1,500

Criteria:

1. Academic average for grade 11 & 12 between 85-90

2. Hardworking, diligent, responsible

3. Dependable, consistent

4. Interest and passion in pursuing post-secondary education

5. Proof of acceptance and/or registration in a post-secondary program

6. Have volunteered with seniors within the community

Procedure:

Students will submit a Stelly's Application form, CV, transcript of grade 11 & 12 grades and a letter outlining their post-secondary goals and future plans.

Deadline: Annually on May 15th

Selection:

Stelly's scholarship committee will meet and select the three top candidates. These candidates application will be forwarded to Board of Directors, Legion Manor who will make the final selection.

Presentation:

To take place at Stelly’s Secondary Awards ceremony in June
